• Job application information.If you apply for a role, you submit your application through our third-party applicant tracking system (Ashby). The information you provide there is governed by both this policy and Ashby’s privacy practices.
• Server and device information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used to operate and secure the Site.

How we use information

• To send you the lab updates you signed up for.
• To review and respond to job applications and recruiting inquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues and preventing abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We work with a small number of trusted vendors who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. These include:
